We're two sisters raised in the world of hospitality. On a quiet street in the heart of Bologna, among many familiar places, we opened our own. For the first time, something that truly feels like us.

It's not a finished recipe.

A softer dough, a more precise fold, a filling found after many tries. Every day we work on what we do. It's all still moving. Luckily.
